The modified Xiang embroidery threads are about 50% thicker than the slightly twisted threads, so if you are using 15 strands of slightly twisted threads per inch of silk width, you'll only need 10 strands of the modified Xiang embroidery threads for the same width. Also, remember to separate the 2 sub-strands of the modified Xiang embroidery threads that are twisted together before brushing. :)

Silk products have a gentle sheen to them, so it's difficult to show their true colors in photos, even though we always do our best to make them as real as possible. If the color issue is important to you, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

This product cannot be washed, but you can gently wipe it with a dry cloth or tissue paper.  The flattened designs require fixing materials (usually hair gel) to harden the strips, so they may have a scent to them when freshly made, but the scent will go away over time.

Due to the nature of our products, they are made after orders are placed, so we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand this type of product is new to many people, so if you ever encounter any issues after receiving them please let us know and we will do our best to help and make things right. Our products are time-consuming to make, so we will ship our orders within 4 weeks, usually much faster than this promised time range. We may occasionally have items that we can ship immediately and you will be able to see that in the title.

To reduce your postage, we generally ship through USPS Ground Advantage if we can. It might take up to a week for transportation. If it is an urgent order and you would like faster delivery, please inquire about postage before making payments. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.
